Beginning with Friday's take.

1) IRON MAN 3 -- $68,312,000

2) PAIN AND GAIN -- $2,345,000 ($28,664,000)

3) 42 -- $1,790,000 ($73,916,000)

4) OBLIVION -- $1,700,000 ($71,872,000)

5) THE BIG WEDDING -- $1,200,000 ($11,535,000)

6) THE CROODS -- $945,000 ($165,463,000) ...

The Croods has been hanging in nicely and will move past $170 million (domestic) easily.

Meantime, the new Marvel/Disney picture looks to be sucking up a lot of box office oxygen. No big surprise there.

Box Office Weekend Numbers

1) Iron Man 3 -- $175.3 million

2) Pain and Gain -- $7.6 million ($78.3 million)

3) 42 -- $6.2 million ($78.3 million)

4) Oblivion -- $5.8 million ($76 million)

5) The Croods (7); $4.2 ($168.7 million) -37%

6) The Big Wedding $3.9 million ($14.2 million)

9) Scary Movie 5 -- $1.4 million ($29.6 million)
